Looking for a dealmaker
Because of our strong growth story 🌟, we are looking for a driven Sales Closer 🛡️ who wants to focus on what they do best: calling, persuading and closing deals.
No long processes or complicated plans, but someone with drive and enthusiasm who gets energy from action and results. 🎯 You actively follow up on leads and turn them into deals. 🤝 You get energy from phone contact and know how to convince prospects with your approach and persuasiveness. 📞🔥
You work closely with the commercial and technical inside teams to provide our customers with smart digital solutions quickly and efficiently. 💡✅ You report to the Managing Director and are part of the Commercial Team.

Responsibilities
- Actively follow up by phone on incoming leads and your own prospecting 📞🎯 with one goal: turning appointments into concrete sales.
- You focus on closing deals 🤝 and never let an opportunity slip away. Following up, pushing through and closing are in your DNA.
- Telephone prospecting is your thing: you convince with your voice and steer conversations towards a deal.
- You give short and powerful (online) demos 💻🚀 that convince prospects and help you reach closing faster.
- You do not think in long sales cycles, but in opportunities that can be closed today. ⚡
- You prepare quotes and follow them up tightly, with a clear focus on conversion and results. 📈
- You work closely with the internal teams so new customers can be onboarded quickly and smoothly. 🚀
- You take ownership of your pipeline and do not wait around. You see opportunities and grab them. 💥
What kind of sales guru are we looking for?
- You are fluent in Dutch. French is a plus, but not required.
- You have strong commercial drive and get energy from hitting targets 🎯. For you, sales is not a task, but a mindset.
- Telephone sales suits you perfectly: you are smooth, convincing and know how to turn conversations into deals. 📞🔥
- You dare to take initiative, are proactive and do not wait for opportunities to come to you.
- You are digital minded 💻📲 and can work smoothly with online tools and platforms.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not a must. A feel for the sector helps, but your commercial drive is what matters most.
- Experience with technical equipment is not required: you do not need to be a technician, but you quickly understand the added value of digital solutions. 💡
- You have strong communication and social skills. Your energy and persuasiveness are contagious. Let’s seal the deal! 🎯
